VCE Annual Block Party

The annual block party is for all ages. We'll eat and have some friendly picnic games! Bring a side or dessert. NEW: We'll be having a "salsa-off" competition. If you make a homemade dip, bring some to share as we have a little dip competition! Bragging rights to whoever wins!
